Our Comprehensive Service Checklist

We believe in accountability. After every service, you’ll receive a detailed report with photos, outlining exactly what we’ve done and providing clear, practical recommendations for your machine.
Ad Hoc Servicing & Standard Fees
For those not on a plan, we offer ad hoc servicing to address specific issues or breakdowns.
- Ad Hoc Service Pricing:
- Small electric units: from $310 ex GST
- Larger combustion units: from approximately $500 ex GST
- This price includes travel, labour, basic consumables, full testing, and a detailed service report with photos.
- Standard Fees:
- Our minimum site visit fee is $250 ex GST, which includes the call out fee and one hour of labour.
- Travel outside of the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast is charged at standard rates $120 ex GST per hour.
