  2. Scheduled servicing, priced upfront.Fixed quarterly or six-monthly visits at an agreed rate for the term, from $220 ex GST. Budget it once a year, no surprise invoices.
  3. Genuine Cleanstar parts, held locally.Stocked at Brendale, so a common failure is a same-week fix, not a three-week wait for freight.
  4. Response times in writing.Same or next-day breakdown response for plan customers. 4-hour priority for healthcare and aged care sites.

Which Cleanstar wet and dry vacuum size do I need?

Match tank capacity to how far the machine travels between empties. The 15 and 30 litre units suit amenities, vehicles and small retail floors. The 60 and 90 litre machines are for workshops, warehouses and post-build cleans where stopping to empty costs more than the larger tank does.

What is the difference between the Cutlass and the EX-FACTOR extractors?

Capacity and the size of job each is built for. The Cutlass is a 30 litre machine for routine carpet maintenance; the EX-FACTOR is an 80 litre extractor for larger carpeted areas and upholstery work.

Do you service Cleanstar machines in Brisbane?

Yes. Servicing is carried out by our own technicians, not subcontractors, from our Brendale base. Coverage runs across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast, Toowoomba, and out to North Queensland on contract.

What does Cleanstar servicing cost in Brisbane?
