Our written maintenance agreements offer fixed-rate scheduled visits from $220 ex GST, our own factory-trained technicians, genuine Duplex parts held locally at Brendale, and same or next-day breakdown response for plan customers.
Steam at 165°C to 192°C, depending on the model, kills 99.9% of bacteria according to Duplex’s specifications and breaks the bond between grease and the surface. There is no residue, no chemical storage and no chemical handling risk.
