The PUDU BG1 Pro carries over everything that makes the BG1 work, the same tanks, battery, runtime, dimensions and weight, and upgrades its navigation to full 3D LiDAR fused with 3D VSLAM positioning, in place of the standard BG1’s 2D LiDAR.
That extra perception pays off in congested, dynamic environments, or sites with overhead and low-lying obstacles that a 2D system might miss. Cruise speed climbs too, up to 1.2 m/s versus the BG1’s 1.0 m/s, so the Pro covers ground faster between tasks.
Like the BG1, it sweeps and scrubs in one pass and folds into a stowable ride-on mode with audio-visual pedestrian alerts when a human needs to take over. A 75 litre solution tank with dual detergent tanks and a 60 litre recovery tank back up to 7.5 hours of runtime.
It’s built for the same large-scale facilities as the BG1, but especially favoured where floor layouts are congested, dynamic, or cluttered enough to benefit from the upgraded 3D perception.
